Our Ratafia de Champagne is born from the harmonious coming together of the musts of Chardonnay, Pinot-Noir and Pinot Meunier, matured with Marc de Champagne and Eau-de-Vie.
A perfect accompaniment to fine produces such as foie-gras, melon and even strong cheeses. With aromas of gingerbread, plums and caramel it enhances chocolate desserts and can equally be enjoyed as a digestive at the end of the meal.
